Extremely Poor Service (Negligence)

My wife bought her used Lexus from Northside, and has had problems with their service for the last year (2007-2008). First, they repaired the car after an accident and told her that it had been in a major accident before. However, that information was never disclosed at the time she bought the car. Second, their repair was poor and dangerous. The pin stabilizing the steering arm had been severed and the bracket was b... view moreent, but they never repaired this part. Had my wife swerved to avoid an accident, one wheel may not have responded and the car could have rolled. When we asked them to fix their mistake they claimed it was not their fault, despite the fact that they are the only people who have ever done repairs on the car. I had to complain to management about the poor service and threaten to move up to corporate in order to get them to take any responsibility for thier work. After the repair we noticed that the centerpiece ""L"" on the back tire was missing. They said they would order a new one and have it fixed in a week or two. We have now waited five months. After calling to determine the status of this part, my wife recieved a return call asking her to send a picture of the problem! The absurdity of the request makes me think they have no intention of making the repair and are stalling, hoping that we will simply give up.
