I went to SHGC upon the recommendation of a close friend. He took his charger to another golf cart store and they said he needed a new one. SHGC did a quick analysis, fixed his charger and sent him on this way. I took in my charger because of this recommendation. They quickly analyzed the problem as a blown circuit board which they replaced while I watched. So, quick friendly service, reasonable fee gets a five star in my book.

Poor product, Poor communication

I was really looking forward to working with South Houston the office staff was helpful and friendly. However their products were stained, rusted and the batteries wouldn`t hold a charge. The golf carts were in such bad condition I was completely unable to use one and the 2nd one died on me 3 times in 4 hours. It was one of the most embarassing events I`ve had in quiet sometime.
