Fair, honest, & good work

My Explorer just flat died. Eagle towed it in on a Monday morning, gave me a ballpark estimate and date. They beat the date and got it back to me early and honored their estimate even though the actual parts and labor was more. The manager, Stuart, was honest and informative. My experience

I was told by the Dodge dealership that I needed to replace my transmission for a cost of $4200.....Not only did Eagle Transmission do a full computer diagnosis for free & advise me what they found, but they fixed the problem for $310.....
