I recently bought a car at Chacon New Braunfels, and the service was great! I have just moved back home to New Braunfels after living in Japan for 18 years, and was a bit nervous buying a car. After extensive internet research, I narrowed down the type of car I wanted, and found five dealerships along I-35 between San Marcos and San Antonio. He patiently and cheerfully answered my many, many questions, and never once pressured me on making any decisions. Other dealers I talked to weren`t nearly as friendly - some still employed `old school` sales techniques. The service department at Chacon is awesome as well. A strange sound coming from my car`s air-con turned out to be some leaves caught in an air-intake filter, which they quickly checked and fixed. I am very happy with my car buying experience at Chacon, and I feel great that I was able to shop at a local business.
