There is not service after the sale. They do not honor warranties. I suggest you keep up with your receipt, they have no filing system other then file 13 (trash). I usually don`t complain on a business but this one has been been no help what so ever after I purchased my "new tires" that have been a total let down. I was told that the tires I was purchasing were top of the line tires but every other plac... view moree that I`ve been to for help with the tires have told me that the brand of tire I purchased was one of the cheapest tires you can buy. I did not pay a cheap for them. I trusted this business in that they are a tire business and they should know tires. I was wrong, if you are looking to buy a tire they will treat you like a friend. But if you need to get one repaired or possibly replaced by warranty they ignore you and treat you like crap. Blame your car for the poor performance of the tire.

Man, this tire company has it going on dudes. You talk about easy to deal with, I got better price than I was expecting, and not some cheap Chinese tire, but an American built tire. Service?? Great Prices and Great Service

As a single female, I`m always very cautious with whom I do business with when it comes to things I know nothing about, such as cars and tires. I knew the company has been in business for about 30 years; plus some of my friends recommened them. I was very pleased with the service, prices, and professionalism. Same Name Company in Pantego, Tx Awful Company BEWARE , WARNING , WARNING Go someplace else

This company has the same name as the one in Pantego, Tx on Pioneer Pkwy. The one on Pioneer Pkwy is awful. They screw up a simple job of putting on a used tire. They broke off a stud on my car and they could not seem to balance the tire. My car was good before I went there and now it shake a little and I am missing a stud that they broke off. The company on Pioneer Pkwy is terrible. Take your car some place else ... view moreit will save you money. Now I have to fix what they did wrong and I paid those jokers.
