Excellent service

On 9/2/12, I went to the store to get a battery replacement. I did not have a receipt but I was able to retrieve from home the transaction for purchase of a battery a year earlier. Although by some mistake the warranty information for the battery was not in the Autozone database, the manager if the store in duty (I believe his name if Lloyd) was flexible enough to replace the battery by one of the same kind without a... view more copy of the purchase receipt which is the sole method that they would normally accept to honor the warranty. Although, I was on my own right entitled to the warranty, I must commend this manager for being reasonable and flexible enough with this customer. Congratulations for being service oriented. I recommend this place.
