long story short, after an accident, i bought a car, gave them $2000 down, 9 days later they took the car without a word, when I was finally able to talk to them they said it was because I didn t have my Texas drivers license (wtf)...then they refunded part of my money citing rental fees, took pain meds and the paperwork out of the glove box

The only place you should go ! Came here looking for a car, left stress free in my new baby ! The staff was excellent, they really worked with me to find something that I would love in my price range . My sales man was very nice and honest, not pushy at all. Great and AWESOME customer service!

I am a full time student with part time income and thought that I wouldn`t be able to get a car any time soon. Since Austin has public transportation, I figured those were my wheels forever. When I got to Sames, not only was I greeted and talked to like a human (not just a sale or uninformed person), I was taken care of within a timely manner. Amazing Customer Service!!
