THEY LIE STEAL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS EVEN THE MANAGERS. I HAD TO DROP MY TRUCK OFF TWICE AND STILL NOTHING DONE. AND ONE OF THE TIMES I WENT TO PICK IT UP I LEFT A ENVELOPE ON PETES DESK A FEE MINUTES LATER I WENT TO GET IT. IT WAS GONE IT HAD 850 IN IT AND THE WHOLE DEALERSHIP DENIED IT.

Save yourself the dissatifisation, expense, and money. Lane`s is without a doubt the most unprofessional excuse for a business that I have ever had to deal with. They promised to fix several thing on the vehicle that I purchased there and they never did. And I sold my old vehicle to them when I purchased the car and they were advertising my old vehicle and the mileage was less than the mileage on the vehicle when I sold the car to Lane`s. Steer clear of this place!!

This company is B.S!!! I would never recommend going to this dealership!!! I bought an 06` Ford Explorer in January of 2011. I was first LIED to about the price of the vehicle, I got the run around from one specific salesman. I really needed another vehicle, so instead of dealing with that same salesman, I went and asked if I could deal with another. I got the deal done, which the price still was not even reasonable... view more!! I drove my car 2 weeks, and EVERYTHING went wrong with...my engine spun 2 rod barrings, altenator, battery, spark plugs, wires....and transmission started slipping!! I contacted the company to see if they could do anything about it, being that it was not my fault that the engine was screwed up! They said no, I bought it as is. At this time I was pregnant and had a one year old, they had no sympathy for what kind of scam they were pulling on me!! Now it`s August of 2012, THANK GOD I got out from underneath that vehicle in February of 2012. ONLY A YEAR, AND I NEEDED A NEW VEHICLE!!! The reverse went out on it, and transmission!!!!!!!! I am GREATLY satisfied with the people at the dealership I got my 2011 Toyota Tundra from!!! They even called 2 months later to see how my truck was operating!! Atkinson Toyota Madisonville, Tx!!!

Tried to hustle me into buying a truck (F250) so I took 2 vehicles to trade in. when I decided I didn`t want the truck I took their vehicle back and told them i was not interested this upset them, so they said if I wanted my vehicle back I would have to drive to hawkins texas to pick it up @ tommy lane (owner) because it would not work any more.
