Got rear ended, the ladies insurance has an office here so I decided to just go ahead and get my car fixed here because the reviews seem great. To be fair, they did a great job repairing my bumper... BUT they broke my key fob in the process and refuse to take blame. My key fob is the only way I lock my car, open my trunk, and set my alarm. I have never had a single issue. I drop my car off, lock the doors,... view more set the alarm with the key fob, no problems. Come to pick up my car, go to switch the stuff from my rental back into my car, the fob doesn`t work. My fianc?© tells them and they say it`s probably the battery, which is understandable. I take it to walmart, replace the battery and it still doesn`t work, we go back to heritage. The girl at the desk right away starts dismissing it as saying there was nothing they could have possibly done to break it with just bumper work.... Which absolutely just pissed me off. I can`t stand people making excuses and not taking blame or just being open to the fact that maybe they did in fact mess up, especially right away without even knowing exactly what is going on. Anyway, we make an appointment for a few days later so they can look at it. We discover if you press the fob really hard in the middle while pressing the buttons it will work. Which leads me, and my mechanic fianc?©, to believe it has been dropped/something has been knocked loose. It`s obviously broke. At my fiance`s reputable shop, if a key fob breaks while in their care, they replace it no questions asked. Which obviously, is how any respectable company would handle the situation. Finally we go in and speak to a guy named Nathan, who says he`s manager. Now, if Nathan is a manager, the owner of Heritage is wasting precious payroll on someone who is absolutely not fit for the position. Nathan is RIDICULOUS and EXTREMELY rude. He just smirks and speaks in circles, not taking blame, saying there is no way to know if the shop broke it or if it just broke over time. His solution is to each go half on replacing the key fob because he says the key fob doesn`t look brand new. Absolutely Ridiculous. To make it even WORSE, he shows me this key fob that doesn`t have a trunk open, I don`t even think has an alarm button, pulls up an E BAY page and says that`s the one he will help towards replacing. It`s nothing at all like my current key fob. I asked for my keys back, he says OKAY with a smirk. I walk away absolutely LIVID. Leaving my car at any shop is based on trust. I trust them to take care of my car, every piece of my car. KEYS INCLUDED. I finally called the lakeline location and spoke to the manager, Drew, about what had happened at the pond springs location. He seemed very nice and professional, seemed to listen when I was speaking and said he would see what he could do about the situation. I will update when/if I hear back from him. UPDATE 11/16/13 - Drew told me he had contacted the owner on Tuesday, it`s saturday and nothing else has been done. Either Drew lied, or the owner just doesn`t care. Either way, this company is disgusting and untrustworthy.

This is the best repairing company i have ever deal with. I got an accident on high way and it damaged my car so badly. I took my car here and they have done a great job. They are affordable and highly efficient. I am impressed with their work.

My car was looking very ugly as its paint was in very bad condition. Some one also marked stretches on the doors. I got the best solution from Heritage Body & Frame as they are very specialized in pain work. My car has a fresh look now and i am very happy with their excellent performance.

A few days before, my car got an accident and body of the car is totally damaged, but thanks to God I am safe. My car is insured and I just contact my insurance company, they refer me to Heritage Body & Frame. They did a great job and they repair it in no time. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The WORST EVER in regards to their work and their customer service... First off we have Geico insurance and this place is Geico perferred which is why we felt pressured into using them for out auto repairs. Sencond of all the only parts that they really had to fix was the right drivers fender, fender liner and the right front rim. They told us it would be 4 days. We dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday and were info... view morermed on Thursday that the vehicle could possible be picked up that same day at the end of business however they were just waiting for ""quality control"" to over look the vehicle before it could go. Needless to say between that and the fender liner, we had to wait until Friday. On Friday they called and said that the truck was ready and had one of their employees come out and pick up my husband from home (super convienient and nice which helps to explain the one star). Friday was bright an sunny and my husband went in signed the form, paid his 250.00 deductable and glanced at the car and went home. Once at home he noticed that the fender was painted however it dripped and dried that way along with another area on the fender that was pained over dirt or water and it bubbled up. They also put on the same old fender liner because they said that they attempted to replace it 3 times but they all were the wrong fender liner and the original one ""wasn`t that bad"". Then to top it all off, the whole black 2012 Nissan Frontier that is 2.5 months old was covered in white overspray from front to back....
So here we are on Monday morning at 8:35am at Heritage body and frame, I approch STEVE who is the ""manager"" and ask him to come outside and walk around my vehicle with me. He comes out side and tells me that the ""little drip and what not"" can get taken care of and should have been caught however the over spray was not them and that we could have gotten it on the car after we drove away while we were driving down the street because it is industrial overspray however ""we will take care of it too"". At this point I am furious because this ""Manager"" Steve should have the proper people skills to know that if you are going to take care of something you don`t start off by denying the blame and making me feel like im complaining over a ""little drip and a bad paint job"" that should have been cought by the guy painting the car, along with the ""Quality control"" person, and the Geico representative and then proced to tell me that the are HUMAN and all make mistakes! If you are going to ""take care of it"" then do it and tell me about it later. Needless to say this ""manager"" is a joke and fortunatly for me and unfortunatly for him he is going to have to eat the work he did for free and pay for my rental in the mean time. This is what happens when your ""quality control efforts"" fail due to human error and you want to be a Jack A$$ about it!!!

FYI- I did bring a prior vehicle into them for repair on the bumper only and it required no painting, just simply snapping 3 pieces of metal bumper together and bracing it back onto the car and they did a good job... JUST STAY AWAY FOR PAINTING NEEDS!!!

I went through insurance to get repairs done. The shop refused to check the mechanicals of the vehicle, other than just a visual check. The did fix the body, only it took 7 weeks..... 7 weeks!
If you have a life where you can be without your vehicle for seven weeks, this is the perfect shop for you. There is a rental car place that will gladly set you up, however the insu... view morerance for the rental is 19.99 per day, multiply that by 7 weeks.
At one point this must have been an amazing shop, it no longer is.
Look elsewhere for quality work.
