Do not go

I would not recommend going to this firestone if you are mechanically inept. They will sell you service that you do not need! I went in for a tune-up to get my spark plugs changed and instead of telling me that I should not need spark plugs, they just changed them. They did not give any other advice. I would have expected more from professionals.
