Incompetent Technicians, Crooks for Management...

Took a 1997 Honda Accord in for a front end alignment. Tried to sell me a complete strut job for $400+. After they did the Alignment, car steered to the left constantly. Took it back. They made me sit and wait 3 hours until they got to the car. Tech checked it and said there was nothing wrong. Said ""Car was leaning"". Left and went to a dealership. They found the alignment to be way off. Corrected. Tried to ... view moreget money back from Brake Check but they refused even after I sent them the data. Filed complaint with the State Attorney General`s office, but they stated that there was nothing they could do. Buyer Beware. Brake Check is being sued for incompetance after one of their brake jobs resulted in an accident that killed a teenage boy. Google Brake Check Beware for more information.
