Our visit to Stanley ford in pilot point was to repair our 2007 saturn outlook. When we were notified about the amount owed we were very displeased. We purchased an 1800.00 after market warranty and was not able to use it. tony jimenez the sales manager stopped and made us his main priority. the problem was handled in a timely manner and Tony held up to his promise.

I came in to order a spare key but Ceasar Castillo volunteered to help me get rid of a bad smell in my daughter`s car. He worked on the leather and washed it and the smell is practically gone now!!! He went above and beyond the call of duty!
