Can`t leave a `No Star` rating

I called to get a bit of information from the business as to their mission, purpose and contributions to the community they serve, but instead I was hung up on without them even asking what I was calling about. They are very unprofessional and rude, to put it lightly. I suggest you go into the office so you can curse them personally because they dont even give you an opportunity to do anything on the phone.
