Fair, Quick, and Able to Explain Issues

The person on the phone was amiable and proffesional. When i stated I wasn`t sure if I could afford the tow fee, they offered their valet tow for a cheaper price, which was nice. They also called before doing any work, and were understanding that one may not be able to pay for everything up front. Overall, a good experience for first mechanic and first car.
