My husband to our vehicle, a 2004 Toyota Tundra into Vandergriff Toyota located at 1000 West I-20 in Arlington, TX for regular preventative maintenance on Friday; May 24th, 2013. As a part of the preventive maintenance the service technician suggested that the tires be rotated, which was authorized. When we picked up the vehicle it was found that all 4 hubcaps were cracked and 1 was broken and missing a piece. My hu... view moresband took the vehicle back up to the dealership and spoke with Mr. Pat Lemieux; Service Manager for Vandergriff Toyota. Mr. Lemieux was extremely combative and rude and refused to pay for all 4 of the cracked hubcaps stating that he would ?ˆ?split it with us?ˆ? and replace 2 of them. My husband left and came home to discuss this with me at which point while we agreed that it was completely unjust and unfair it was better then not having any of them replaced. My husband then call Mr. Lemieux to agree to have them replace 2 of the damaged hubcaps at which poiny the was told that he was ?ˆ?Refusing that deal?ˆ? and that he would not pay or replace any of the damaged hubcaps. Mr husband then told Mr. Lemieux that we had been bringing all of our vehicles faithfully to Vandergriff Toyota for the past 6 years and that it was not right to treat customers that way. Mr. Lemieux then advised my husband not to bring our vehicles back to Vandergriff Toyota. I then immediately called Mr. Lemieux back and left a voicemail to try and resolve this issue, as that did not release them from liability. I did not receive a return call so I called the dealership daily from May 27th - 31st, 2013leaving several voicemails for both Mr. Lemieux and Mr. Lee Perrin; who I was advised by the receptionist was the manager above Mr. Lemieux to NO avail. The afternoon of Friday; May 31st, 2013 I called the dealership back and spoke with the receptionist explaining that I have left several voicemails to NO avail at which time she put me on hold, returning stating that she spoke with Mr. Perrin and that she was advised that Mr. Lemieux would have to correct this issue, again to NO Avail. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Yeah stay away from here
Like most of the other reviews say this place really is terrible. I looked at a 2007 4runner there and they said it had nothing wrong with it, and they had inspected it. I took it to firestone before I would buy it and they said it needed the front struts replaced, and as a result could not be properly aligned and was causing uneven tire wear. 1500 dollars including new tires. I faxed this information to the sales ma... view morenager and he conceded they knew but had no ethical duty to inform me. He offered me 500 dollars off and free mats. I agreed and said I would come and pick it up in an hour or two. I arrived an hour later and they had sold it. The sales manager said he was in a meeting and did not know, but at this dealership every sale must be signed by the sales manager. Obviously he was lying to me and just sold it to someone who would pay full price. He followed me out and I spotted the couple who had just purchased the 4runner and informed them of the problems. He lost his temper and berated me in front of all his customers, and claimed I was ""trying to ruin his business"". The couple returned the 4runner after I showed them the report from firestone. I declined to purchase the car from such a terrible dealer. Don`t help these people stay in business, stay away.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I buy cars every couple of years and Vandergriff was the absolute worst experience EVER. They lie, they cheat and they steal. I would advise you to RUN (not walk) in the other direction and go to another dealership ... you will be thankful you did!!!!!

Good Times
This was my third purchase from Vandergriff and the sales and finance staff is the reason I stay loyal to them. They never act like your ""typical"" car dealer, they really do care about their customers.. Thank You Vandergriff Toyota for a great job time and time again!!

Best Dealer in DFW!
I purchased a brand new 2010 Toyota Prius back in November 2009 from this awesome dealership. I received outstanding service from their sales team and management. Not once did I feel pressured into to purchasing anything I did not thing I needed; however, after listening to their professional finance producer explain all of their products, I really understood the necessity for an extended service contract.

This is the first Toyota that I have ever owned and it won`t be the last. I will definetely purchase it from Vandergriff again as well. They impressed me with their extreme knowledge about the technical & mechanical aspects of the Toyota product, their sales team are professional. friendly and approachable and finally. their finance department were professional and gave me many options regarding the financing of my vehicle.

Great Customer Service!
What made it unique or special? I was looking for a new car. I thought about different makes and based on reputation stopped in a Toyota dealership. Upon my arrival I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. I test drove two different cars and with the guidance of Ronnie Whitlock opted to get a 2010 Camry SE. I love the car, it is a smooth ride, it gets great gas mileage compared to my previous vehicle, and I feel ... view moresafe driving it on the raods.

Overall, I recommend this dealership because they are customer oriented, are knowledgeable about their product, have a great number of different models and colors to choose from, and they offer complimentary coffee!
