Crappy service, crappy company. Bought a luxury car from them and they had false advertising stated it was a difference size engine and when the car arrived it was another engine, did not have a key and no navigation disc. After further investigation with my mechanic we discovered that all the rims were cracked so we took them off and we needed a new tire, took it off and the inside was nothing but tire residue just ... view morecomplete dust. Horrible to deal with. Bought a vehicle from them on ebay and it wasn`t what was listed. They are just sketchy crooks flipping wrecked vehicles. Promised to send me parts but never did. Dragged out to get past the time frame with ebay and paypal. Initial down payment was made through paypal and the balance was made with a wire transfer. He will sell you on the fact that ebay has buyer protection insurance to get you ... view moreto go outside paypal for payment. Guidelines for ebays insurance didn`t cover this case. Its not an actual dealership. Stay away and do not deal with them in any way.

Grossly Misrepresented Vehicles and VERY POOR Customer Service. Stay Away!!

I bought a truck from their E-sales department on ebay from their username eauto_network and I am sorry I did. From the moment I saw the truck it was misrepresented. The driver door was dented in and scratched to metal and weatherstripping was torn. They said this must have just happened while on the lot, yet the rust in the scratches said different to me. Truck was missing a few other interior parts as well. Truc... view morek was in rough condition. They promised to send the parts in the mail to me and then began stringing me along for 60 days with every excuse from problems with their mailing account to problems with their credit card on file to you name it. 60 days was just long enough to make sure I had no option for resolving the issue thru ebay or paypal. As soon as 60 days were up I stopped receiving any type of communication from them at all. Actually got a hold of them and when I stated who I was I was promptly hung up on. Beware and do yourself a favor and stay away!!! It is a small warehouse where they fix wrecked vehicles. They try to pass themselves off on the phone as a large dealership by answering with "Sales" when in all reality you are calling a cel phone and it is answered by a guy in a small office with 2 desks in it situated in the warehouse overlooking where they are fixing the wrecked and damaged vehicles and trying to pass them off as a nice clean vehicle.
