Unbelievably horrible

Words cannot express how poor the quality of service at West Houston is. Not only is the staff (especially the service department guys) surly and unaccomodating, I have brought my new 911 in three seperate times (twice for the same issue) and every time they take at least one day to even look at the car, then two more to fix what should be simple issues. If it wasn`t under warranty I wouldn`t even think of taking ... view moreit here, and now I will definitely be using another Houston location. Do not even wasting your time going here, it is awful
