If you like your car....go somewhere else

1. They changed my oil, but didn`t put any new oil in.
New Engine: $ 6700.00 Goodyear paid: $0.00.

Corporate kept saying they`re a franchise, talk to the owner...but never did I get a call back. Had to hire an attorney.....but meanwhile...

2. They also were supposed to rebuild my rear differential....never did they say they would sub-contract the work.

3. On delivery of my truck, I ""discover... view more"" that the windows are broken out, my truck bed is smashed, and the tailgate won`t close.....""what happened"" I asked....Goodyear: ""oh the sub-contractor forgot to put back on the lug nuts before test driving"".....but it runs great.

4. Me"" So whose gonna pay to fix my truck?""....Goodyear: ""Oh, you`ll have to take that up with the sub-contractor""....""here`s their information"".....You`re kidding me right?

5. Sub-contractor and his issurance agency covered my truck that was ""totaled""....but Goodyear still refused any damages....rental car while mine was being fixed etc...

6. Remember item # 1; oil change with no new oil? Never got that settled and mutually agreed to never use their business again.

Would You Trust Your Car to These Guys? Even after 21 years with Goodyear, my wife cringes when we pass the place....nightmares...

Take your car to Thousand Oaks Automotive....best reputation in San Antonio; honest, friendly ...and while not the least expensive....the most trustworthy I`ve found....and I`ve had some auto repair experience in SA.
