Dangerously BAD Service!

I had my oil changed at this location earlier this week. I found out the next day, on the highway, that they had unbolted and not rebolted my undercarriage back up. It was dragging underneath my car on the highway! I had to take it back twice before they did a botch job of fixing it. The undercarriage does not even need to be touched to change my oil. After questioning their service, I checked my tires. They ... view moreclaimed all 4 tires were at 35 psi, which I thought was little odd since it had been able since they`d been checked. Low and behold, 3 tires were at 30 and 1 was at 20!! This was DANGEROUSLY low to be driving on and I`m about to leaving on a 5 hour road trip. I would NEVER recommend Kwik Kar Lube & Tune to anyone, not even an enemy.

Very Professional Great Service

I have taken my car here for a while and have always had great service. Very professional. Seems the manager is always on site. I needed a major repair on my car and I got two estimates, one from the dealer and one from this location. The dealer wanted almost four times more money for the exact repair. I had Kwik Kar do it. Very trustworthy. The location is spotless. So if they take pride in their own store I know they will do the same for my car.

I have been taking my car here for years and would never take it anyplace else. the employees all seem to be very knowledgeable and very respectful . They take the time to explain to me what my car needs to keep running correctly. The manager is very nice and very patient in explaining everything to me. My oil changes have only taken 15 minutes or so. They even vacuum my car and clean my bug splattered windshield. I... view more mention that I`m a female and have NEVER felt taken advantage of. It`s always spotless which I appreciate. Not your typical oil change facility. I think the owner`s wife works here so it makes me really comfortable as a female. it`s ok

i use to go to this shop but the service is ok and they take a long time and the the service`s are to over priced i went and asked for a light bulb and it came out to be almost $30 that was just ridiculous then went to auto zone and they had them for $6 so i paid $24 for something that took 3mins tops to fix, and the day i went one of the workers smelled like he had been smokeing weed. i just dont know if i trust my... view more car to someone who who`s on drugs. but the other guys seemed decent
