The title says it all! If anything is wrong with your vehicle your first choice has to be hondoworks. man ill tell you what they treated us like family, told us exactly what was wrong and provided excellent service. I live a good hour away and trust me the drive will not bother you with the service that they provide for you. If i could put more stars i would because everyone needs to know about this place

Hondoworks is heads above the rest in auto repair.
My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Arnold for almost 15 years now. We drive from Dallas to Balch Springs, which isn`t all that far, but would drive there from anywhere to get our cars repaired- even for just an oilchange. The reason for this, is that we trust Arnold and his crew over anyone else to work on our cars. Arnold and Marina are awesome. They are like family to us, and we wouldn`t take our cars to anyone else. And like I said, even an oil change, because I know it`ll be done correctly, and he won`t try to sell us a bunch of services and goods that we don`t need.

Arnold is my Honda mechanic...period
I have been a customer of Hondoworks for probably 10 years and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. I have in fact sent many people his way and had no complaints and many praises for his work. I have 2 Honda vehicles and won`t take them anywhere else. Arnold tries very hard to be reasonable and takes great pride in his reputation. He usually diagnoses the problem in a matter of minutes and I have great con... view morefidence in his abilities to do so. His rates are very reasonable and I have never felt he has been anything but honest with me. In total I`d say about 8 or 10 of my co-workers use his services and feel the same way. I came to use this shop through the recommendation of one of them.
I could go on but the bottom line is that if you have a Honda and need repair. Give him a call, you won`t be disappointed. Kinzojones may have had a bad experience but I agree with watchman1, his review is very inconsistent with the Hondoworks that I have come to trust and depend on to keep my vehicles running well. Call him for a quote, you will see that he will save you big money over what the dealership would charge.

Fairness, Honesty and Integrity.That`s Hondoworks.
It is unfortunate kinzojones had a bad experience, but his review of Hondoworks is highly inconsistent with the integrity, character and level of service you can expect from Arnold and the fine people at Hondoworks. I have dealt with Arnold and his crew at Hondoworks for almost 9 years and have found them to be fair, honest and 100% accurate on the problems my 1992 Honda Accord has had over the years.

He charged me a fair price for the work and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. I have recommended my mother-in-law and several of my friends to them, all of whom have been very satisfied and repeat customers.
Arnold has hundreds of photos of satisfied customers standing by their cars that Hondoworks has serviced. Each photo has the mileage written on them to prove how long Hondoworks can keep cars running. My car had around 150,000 miles on it when I first brought it to them in 2002. It had over 320,000 miles and was still running strong when I sold it last year. That should speak volumes for the quality of service Hondoworks provides.
Regarding the diagnostics fee, most reputable auto repair shops charge a non-refundable diagnostics fee to identify what is wrong with your vehicle. They are in business to make money. They have invested in tools, equipment, training, a repair shop and employees. It costs them time and money to attempt to identify your problem. Why should they not charge you for it? If you agree to pay for it, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the outcome. To accuse someone of stealing your money that you agreed to give in the first place is unfair at best and could be libel at worst.
A man works hard for many years building up his business. His reputations, quality of work and customer service are the only things that keep him in business. You don`t succeed in business as long as Arnold and Hondoworks have by providing poor service and cheating customers. It`s a shame someone with an axe to grind like kinzojones comes along and tries to smear his fine reputation. If I know Arnold, he would have done anything he could to help.
Matthew 12:34-37 says it best...

HONDOWORKS IS DISHONEST, BAIT & SWITCH, BEWARE!
Took my 05 Passat to Hondoworks, needed bleed brakes, change oilpan & kill ABS light. He said he would bleed the brakes for $49 and also look at fixing the oilpan. Calls me later and tells me the master cylinder is bad & needs a new one, said he can get it for $200 & install for $150 & he`ll fix the oilpan for $200 or install a new one for $150 labor. He did not do ANYTHING, but went ahead and still charged me $49, c... view morelaiming it was for ""diagnostics"". I now took this car to Johnny in Cockrell Hill with a new oilpan ONLY. He bled my brakes, fixed the ABS problem and installed new oilpan all for $100 ONLY. Brakes did not need a new master cylinder, there was a leak in the line. So much for Hondoworks $49 diagnostics fee, he gave a false diagnostics and stole my money. I will NEVER recommend Hondoworks to anyone, he does not even deserve 1 star, ZERO is more like it.
