I recently stopped by Jiffy Lube for an oil filter change. It was my first time there because it was so convenient and near my home. One of the guys showed me my cabin air filter was dirty, so ok I guess I needed a new one. What he didn`t tell me is that they jacked the price of it up about 500%, then when I questioned the price they reduced it 10%. After I got home, we called the other local auto parts stores and... view more found I was overcharged over $60.00! They took advantage of an older woman coming in for a simple LOF. I will not go back to Jiffy Lube.
