I traded in my honda for a kia sadonna mine van with 89000miles. it was stupid on my part and I made a decision without thinking about it. I told the person I was going to go home and think about it, and you know what he told me? "These are the numbers and there is no guarentee theyll be the same tomorrow" Well here I am single mom with two kids starting a new job in 2 days and my car was breaking down. Ive had the van now for 6 months, and it has broken down 2 times and since I was broke from making car payments of $200 every two weeks Discount Moters paid for repair and tacked it onto my note, but I had to use their mechanics, and I was tripple charged. I dont even like the car. I got my income tax and asked if i could trade it in for something more gas effeciant and they tell me it is policy that you cannot owe more than 2500 to trade it in. That is a bunch of bull if i ever heard it. i advise everyone to stay away from Discount Moters. They just want to get your money and when you cant pay repo the vehicle and resale to another undeserving individual.

not there for the people who keep them in business

I bought a vehicle from them and paid early. They lost a payment I went ahead and repaid it last July. I was diagnosed with cancer then I lost my job. I fell two months behind on payments called to make a payment today and they want to repo the vehicle big surprise with only 2000 left they are just out there to rip off their customers. I asked who the owner was and a girl I believe named Teri "at corporate o... view moreffice" told me that information wouldn`t help me and the owner couldn`t help me that I couldn`t speak to him. Jamie Nobles why is it that you can`t take calls from your customers when you had no problem letting me sign the paperwork. I even told them I could have someone bring a payment tomorrow and then pay 200 a week until it is paid off. That means it would be paid off on time. Sounds like a rip off to me not out to take care of the customer at all.
