These guys are terrific. They treated me professionally and with respect. The day after I purchased the car I noticed a problem with the brakes. I called them immediately and expected the run around. Instead they said "bring it in immediately". I drove over and still expected a bit of a challenge and instead they took the car and put new brake pads, turned the rear rotors and replaced the front rotors ... view morewith genuine MB parts.
