Rick is very rude!!!!!!! You can not talk to this man. I had to have my truck sent to another place to fix it after paying him $2400. My lawyer had to get involved with this man because he is so rude with me. I would not recommend taking my car ago this man. I would not give this man a star.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!!

This place is a joke!! The most horrible experience I`ve had my entire career.. the management is ridiculous are u kiddin me.. this guy was to call me back and give me a quote . He never did so entire week passed then I finally called him and he gives me attitude because I called him on Saturday. So I said fine I will call back Monday when I called he was even more rude with me WTF I was shocked this guy does no... view moret want my money my truck has been there for 8 days all I wanted was diagnostics. Absolutely nothing at all done . When the guy tells me he will run diagnostic and tell me then week passed and all I did was call for info and this guy gives me attitude what a joke . Finally the Mechanic assured me he was going to run diagnostic. 2 more days passed absolutely no response. Finally had to much of this shop obviously these guys have no idea what they r doing. So I called Carlsbad ford to go get my truck and fix. These guys gave the tow truck a hard time absolutely horrible experience WARNING do not use this shop pay a little extra and have a professional shop like carlsbad ford dealership fix ur problem or u will suffer like me

DO NOT GO THERE! ! ! ! ! ! ! ...

DO NOT GO THERE! ! ! ! ! ! ! TRY YOUR BEST, EVEN IF IT COSTS YOU MORE MONEY......NOT TO GO THERE! ! ! ! OWNER (RICK) IS VERY RUDE They do not have required diagnostic experetise neither equipment wise nor manpower. Try yourself, Rick will not engage with you in any technical conversation, until after he reads some off the computer. Does not even know basics of how computer reads fault codes. Wasted 2 days with him with a diagnostic bill, end end up recovering the load and driving away to Oddessa. if you are brokedown in PECOS, TX..... you start planning to go to Oddessa, TX or El Paso, TX
