My goodness!!! Run!!!! Do not drop your car off with them. The other reviews on here has to have come fron their own staffing. This place is sooooo GHETTO! I should have known that because the day I arrived, the clerk at the front was making a personal call. When I walked in, She looked up at me and continued with her conversation talking in a whispering voice so I couldn`t hear. She finally took me over to Henr... view morey. He was very helpful. I filled out some paperwork with him and one of them in particular was an "update" form in which they are to send you the progress through text messages and/or email. I requested an update every three days. We have yet to receive either. I called four days after I dropped it off and I was told by Tim (my new representative I guess) that they are ordering me a new door and it had to come from overseas (keep in mind that they didn`t send me any updates that I requested). Four days after that, I called (again no text messages or emails) and Tim told me on Friday that they are getting it painted and it should be ready on Monday. When I called (no updates) on Monday, he told me that they are waiting on the rubber seal and it will be ready on Wednesday at noon. I specifically asked him would it be safe to tell my wife to come pick up the car. He told me yes. Wednesday comes and I called before my wife drove there and he told me that it`s still not ready. Then he told that he will call me when the car is ready. We dropped the car off on the 5th. It is now the 22nd. What I`m getting at is don`t make promises that you can`t keep. It will frustrate the hell out of your customer. It will be very simple if they just send the updates like I requested. If they are not going to do it, then take the form out of the package!!!!!! Sadly enough, my bank recommended them as one of the auto collision shops that they trusted.

Mitchell Smith really did a great job of helping me through the repair process and made my part effortless. My car`s body repairs turned out great and I got updates every couple of days, keeping me posted on where things stood. I wanted to send you a quick e-mail about James Robinson at the Craig?ˆ™s Collision Center in Burleson. He is my HERO! My situation was unique in that I had 2 accidents happen on the same part of my car. While the second accident was without question deemed the other persons fault, I was (and am still) fighting the first claim. Because of the damage from the first accident, the second company was only willing to pay fo... view morer half of the damages. Even though more than half of the total damages were from the second accident. I went to 3 different body shops getting estimates during this whole ordeal. When I explained my unique situation, I didn?ˆ™t get much feedback. Mostly that I would have to wait until the first accident was settled. Several weeks went by. Then I noticed Craig?ˆ™s opened in Burleson. I went to the website, booked my appointment for an estimate (very easy I might add) and headed there the next day. As soon as I met James and explained what was going on he took over. He told me exactly what he was going to do and took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Told me that he would be able to work with the insurance companies to make sure that it was handled right. He was amazing. He was very thorough and accommodating. And FAST! I was very surprised that they were able to get my car fixed so quickly. He even brought it to me. From beginning to end my experience with everyone at Craig?ˆ™s especially James was the best I have ever been treated by any company. Not often are we able to find people and companies like that. I will definitely recommend Craig?ˆ™s and James to anyone I know and come back should I (hopefully not, LOL) need them again.

Bob Parra, owner of Mid Cities Automotive, has been my ""go-to"" person for everything for my automobiles, and when I recently had an accident, I went to him for a recommendation for a collision repair person. He sent me to CRAIG`S COLLISION, and I`m SO GLAD HE DID!! My car was fixed within a week (with the Labor Day weekend holiday in between) and IT IS PERFECT!!!
