I would highly recommend you do not do business with this company. A few years back I took my truck there to get worked on, and here is what transpired... The first time I brought it in, they had me pick it up 3 days later "fixed" and told me to bring it back in a couple of weeks if it had trouble shifting. Well, it was shifting extremely hard, so hard that it felt like something was going to break. So I... view more brought it back. This time, they had it for about 5 weeks trying to fix it. They messed up my transmission so bad they ended up putting in a replacement (that was a much lower quality one). Also, during this time, rather than keeping my truck in one of the bays or in their large gated area, they decided to keep it out in the front lot facing all of the traffic. During the 5 week stay, someone broke into my truck and tried to steal it, but must have been scared off. Well, I had to go buy a replacement steering column myself and install it myself before they would do any further work on my truck. My truck also got a couple of scratches from the would be thieves. Scotties refused responsibility and just pointed to their sign saying they arent responsible for vehicles there. There was a big gash in the paint that was obviously not from the thieves, and could only have been there from scratching it while driving it. They said there was "absolutely nothing" they could have possibly scratched it on, and refused to accept responsibility for that. So I paid a lot of money for a bad transmission, over a month without my primary vehicle, even more money for having to repair the truck after the break-in, and several scratches. Bottom line: Do not trust this business with any vehicle, ever! They didn`t even ever offer an apology, just displacement of blame.
