As a Coppell resident, I was using this Goodyear since 2008. When Jenny was there as a store manager, the staff was good and friendly. She used to give best competitive quotes and never loose her customer. Things changed over a year. Under new manager, the staff is not friendly. They gave me 1.5 times higher quote for the repairs. When I asked them to match their competitor price, manager said "no". His fee... view morelings like: if you have money, come to my store. Please get another opinion at NTB or Firestone. I do not go again to this place and recommend.
