NTB is very nautorious in honoring warranty. They will lie inside out when they know that they have to replace the parts because they are covered under warranty. On the top of it, customer service is very poor. The store manager, Mr. Prindle has some attitude issues. He is very rude and does not hesitate to tell customer to get out and take business elsewhere. I do not recommend going to this store and not deal with ... view moreMr. Prindle for sure.
