Awful customer service

Went in to get an alignment. Was never greeted in the twenty minutes I was there with the manager or owner standing not 5 ft away from me. If that`s how they treat their customers, is hate to see how they service my car. Will never be back. Great management....my 5 yr old could greet someone better than him!

I have been taking my car to mighty car care center for about two years now do not want to take it anywhere else for work to be done to my car ! since first going to mighty car care , i have moved thirty miles south, and still drive to see james andhis wonderful mechanics whom i trust to give me options in telling me what is critical in fixing my car immediately, what can wate, and pricing options for parts! he is p... view moreersonable, honest, funny, and has a grate team of mechanics that fix my car correctly and i`ve never had any complaints! they are great and i truly recommend them to anyone in the DFW metroplex!
