I had the transmission in my Mustang rebuilt by this shop in 2010. Two years later, it was time to replace the clutch. The manager remembered me after all that time. I was pleased. They did great work on both jobs. And, I was treated like a family member each time I walked into that place of business. Take your car there for expert mechanic work. You won`t regret it.

Worst Service Ever

One review is an obvious employee, the other is obviously fake. My vehicle was having problems with the clutch sticking so I wanted it looked at. Didn`t say hello or ask how I was doing. The gentleman at the counter asked me to fill out a form which I did. I provided my name, address and description of the problem. He then asked if I could provide a phone number. My EXACT response was ""I`d rather not if it`... view mores all the same."" With out any sort of explanation, the employee took the form, ""CRUSHED THE PAPER IN MY FACE AND SAID IF YOU DON`T TRUST US WE DON`T TRUST YOU"" Never have I been so disrespected at a place of business. The employee made no attempt to apologize or elaborate and turned his back and walked away. Now ask yourself, is this they type of place you want to take your car to? The type of place where the workers flip out over something as trivial as a phone number? Disagreements over business happen all the time. I can only imagine how they would react if there was a serious problem. Stay away from these people. I hope someone at AAMCO reads this and learns that respect and courtesy to the customer goes a long way.

Amazing Service and Amazing Attitude!

Courteous, kind, helpful and a bend over backwards attitude is what Aamco of Richardson is all about.
