Took my car there for a new windshield. $250 estimate for that. When I picked it up he tried to charge me $621 because he also replaced the brake rotors. That`s not a $400 job in any reality. I cut him a check. He refused it and when I offered to get cash he told me to leave his property. He called the police, told them I refused to pay! and took the rotors out anyway.
