It`s a scam and they`re liars!

Frank is nothing but a deceitful liar! Claims car needs to be towed for evaluation but it`s actually a "contract" your signing. When you call for your car back he gives you a run around and you`re placed on hold for minutes! Don`t trust them! And don`t sign anything! Liars and thieves there!!!
