You go to repair shops other than the dealerships to save a dollar and sometimes you are just better off at the dealership to begin with, I went in for an alignment, go back a week later because my steering wheel started shaking, and now the balance is off so there`s an additional service cost because the $65 wasn`t enough. What a joke, worst customer service ever by the owner himself. Last time I checked aren`t the... view morey supposed to inspect the vehicle before they perform a service if its going to cause future problems???
