Best Customer Service EVER

Sweetie has the best service of any mechanic shop I`ve ever used. Who leaves a special snack in the car when they`re done working on it? That is a nice touch. I always get options. He`ll tell me whats wrong, but also let me decide if it can wait. Other places seem to think that everything has the urgency of a cracked block, when there are degrees of importance with repairs.

Politics while in Business

This business has a bad history of bashing The President of the United States, Barrack Obama. I don`t care what their political opinions are, as long as they keep them honorable! I can`t see how repeatedly and openly criticizing this nations leader in public can be good for business. In Fact, if anything, it`s childish repulsive.

All right, it`s simple. They overcharge for almost anything. Thier quotes are inaccurate. They had originally quoted me a price of $69.95 for a replacement of my exhaust pipe. When it was all said and done, it cost over $100. But the final straw is the sign the have placed in front of their store bashing President Obama. I don`t care what their political views are, as long as they keep them respectful! The sign th... view moreat sits out there today, 11/11/2009 suggests that the President get 25 to life in prison. For what?! I could go on all day as to why I support the President, but that would be improper since this is a business review. And it is because of these reasons that not only would I not recommend this business, but furthermore will never do business with them again.
