Dishonesty in the Mix

Yeah, they fixed the front end damage to my Ford Ranger resulting from my collision with a deer late one night; however, my OEM accelerator pedal was swapped out with a cheap, plastic POS while in the care of AMM Collision. Of course, they denied any of their staff would do such a thing: that`s what any spokesperson would say.

So, I was on my way to work this morning, and that damn accelerator pedal stuck!

Luckily for me, I`m smart and have a lot of motor vehicle maintenance and diagnosis experience under my belt. I was able to safely remove myself from the roadway and free the pedal, but just think of those poor idiots who recently died from similar Toyota incidents.

Stay away from AMM. And, when people tell you take pictures of your vehicle when you have an accident, don`t just take pictures of the damage, rather take pictures of every square inch of the exterior and interior to avoid the type of shenanigans I`m currently experiencing. I have to hire a friggin lawyer and formally charge AMM in a court of law if I want my accelerator pedal replaced by them, which will cost me exponentially more than just finding a new pedal at a junk yard. But, it`s the principle that matters most.

Don`t do business with bad businesspeople.
