The absolute worst!!!!!!

I have been here twice because it was my insurance company`s pro shop. The first time was not a pleasant experience but they got it straightened out. Car had to go back once and lack of service/professionalism was evident. The second time I was ensured by my rep that it would be watched and taken care of. This was by far the worst experience ever with having my car repaired. They actually messed up parts of the... view more car that were not part of the incident. They paint was awful, scratches still existed and things simply not done. It was five weeks before I got my car back of what was supposed to be a simple one week fix. The car has never been the same. I know I have a lifetime guarantee but there is no way I will let them touch my car again.
