I took my car to Mr. Ortiz to have a fan blower and catalytic converter replaced. He kept the car for 1 week and charged me $500.00. The car never worked after he layed his hands on it, I ended up having it towed to the dealership. They told me that he possibly fried the computer when he did a shoddy job wiring the A.C. Blower. They also said that the parts that he put on looked like used parts.
