I cannot begin to tell you how pleasantly surprised and wonderfully impressed I was with the service Chip and Park Place Lexus Grapevine extended to me with the lease of my RX350.
From the time you retrieved Mr. Venner`s e-mail from me, describing my desire to lease a vehicle through your company, the customer service you exhibited was exceptional. It has now been one week since my lease and so far, I feel I made the right choice of vehicle (still getting use to the whole SUV idea)! I`ve been a sedan driver, always. In any case, the service and courtesy was outstanding!

Awesome Service
I am continually amazed at the service I receive from Park Place. I do not think I will ever buy a vehicle anywhere else. My service advisor, Dwayne, was in constant communication with me and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks for the awesome service!

it`s ok
Yeah, it`s kinda fancy place but you don`t come here if you can`t afford. I liked it because they were not so pushy to sell their cars.

Don`t fall for the dent insurance!
Don`t fall for the dent insurance. I paid $500 for this and they would not fix one small door ding that I got while parked at the grocery store. They told me I would have to pay to have it fixed myself at a body shop. Total waste of $500 dollars.
