Very Unprofessional

When I went inside the clerk came to the counter smoking a cigarette. He then told me that he would tell me what was wrong with my car by 4:00 that day. About 5:30 he called me and basically told me that he wouldn`t look at my car because his mechanic didn`t want to! This is a very unprofessional mechanics shop, I would not reccomend it to anyone.
