I took my Audi to Denton Auto Tint today, prepaid for the tinting, and they called me after soon after I dropped it off and said my battery was dead, they couldn`t roll the windows up or down and they had trouble getting the key in and out of the ignition. I had to explain to them how to start the vehicle over the phone! I was completely confused and worried about their competence. When I picked my car up, they said they had to jump it off to move it and, by the way, couldn`t tint the windows because the back window had too much of a tilt to it and couldn`t get to it easily. They had already refunded my money back to my card and avoided my questions and just wanted me and my husband gone. My car is running fine, the battery is good (had the computer diagnostics run on it afterwards). I don`t know what they did but they were certainly afraid they had done something to my car. This is a shady business and I cannot believe they are still in business! This is definitely a "business" to avoid!
