Horrible Service

We had a bad experience here. We really feel like they ripped us off. My husband went in and said he wanted them to do a wheel alignment for our truck. They said ok and took the truck back to their service center. Then the guy came out saying they couldn`t do the alignment unless we purchased some parts the truck ""supposedly"" needed. When we said we didn`t want the alignment afterall, he charged $40 just for tellin... view moreg us the truck needed those parts. My husband explained that we didn`t ask for them to ""diagnose"" our truck . Simply for the alignment, and since they couldn`t do the alignment, we should get our money back. But the man was rude and refused. DO NOT go here! We were VERY upset and are now out $40 bucks!
