Disaster indeed! They said that they fix infiniti too. The problem in Houston is that all Infiniti dealer is owned by Freed Haas and his auto shop is 60 miles away up north from my house. So, Momentum BMW is the closest. Horrible service! My wife hit the top of the garage on our brand new QX56. Momentum took it for repair and they broke! my roof rail. They lied and said the only way to take it off is to break the... view morem. Now, you have to buy brand new roof rail which cost $650 each! Called infiniti and they said that you don`t need to break them to take it off. Look up online and there are instruction to not break the roof rail! Tried to talk to the sales person Dwayne Bayer and got zero respond from him. It`s like service is non existent and the people there are mute and can`t talk English. Hey, English is my second language and I can talk. If you go there and Dwayne approach you, ask for different sales dude. We finally paid visit to the shop and check out the roof rail and argue with them that it`s their fault and Dwayne response was, "mam and sir, you don`t have experience working with repairing car`s body (he is laughing hard at this point)". So, I told him, you don`t either. You only sit in the front desk and do your dog and pony show!! Talked to the GM (Randy Charlton) and figured out that they can find the broken part for $50 each list price (I need 4). Dwayne also misspoke and said that he can get at cost for $30. Guess what? I am paying that price plus 10% discount and we split the cost. I haven`t got my car back yet. It was in Reassembly state for 2 days and QA state for 2 days. Reassembly for 2 days??? I hope they didn`t break another roof rail and have me pay for it. My suggestion! Find different body shop!

Someone left a gouge on my new BMW at a parking lot. The damage was $800. It took 4 weeks and 2 trials for Momentum to get that fixed right. When they called me the first time and said my car is ready I noticed that they painted over the gouge WITHOUT repairing it. You can literally see the gouge under teh new paint. Can you imagine the quality of workmenship and the Quality control in that shop if they can paint t... view morehe damage without fixing it! they had to redo it again. But it took them over over 10 days to fix the car again because they broke the side spoiler while working on it and had to reorder it. What makes it even worse is that they don`t tell you teh truth and you have to argue with them to find out what really is going on with your car. Called the GM and left him few messages think that if I am running Momentum I would like to hear the problems with my service. Guess what he does not care to even return your calls. On overall not in a million years I would buy a car or use their services again.

I got into a minor accident that requires repair work on tires, rims, and suspension system. My insurance company wanted me to bring the car to Momentum Paint and Body off at Centre Parkway, Houston TX for assessment. Since I don`t usually trust those authorized repair center, I went online and quickly research for this place. All I found was nothing but NEGATIVE feedbacks about this place, stating bad service, long ... view morerepair time, rude representative, and etc. However, since it`s the closest shop for insurance assessment, I went ahead and took my car there, anticipated that I will NOT leave my baby with them.

However, my experience with them was nothing close to the negative reviews I read online. My service rep, Robert, is a very nice person. He explained to me that management team changed since 2010, and the new team is trying their best to revamp the reputation from the past. He took time to explain to me how the insurance work, what needs to be done, what parts he needed, the pricing and etc., and he kept me posted of everything that was done and inspected for the car. I called several times, and he answered the calls or respond to voicemails in very timely manner. I sent him email asking for status, and boom, he responded within 30 minutes. He got the car done one day earlier than what he promised, and so far, I am very satisfy with the service I received.

So what I say is, this place deserves a second chance! If you pay attention to all the negative feedbacks, 99% of them are more than a year old, some are even from 2005. I believe the management team is different, at least the service they provided are different. I will definitely go back for services, and will for sure recommend this place, and the rep to anyone I know.

Can I give a negative Star -5 Star rating? My experience with this shop was a complete disaster. Briefly, I was hit broadside by another vehicle. They had my vehicle for 7 months, gave it back, and it was still not fixed. I gave it back for 3 weeks and it still wasn`t fixed properly. They swore it was done. I took it to another shop and they finished the work (and the insurance company paid). During the time they had... view more the vehicle they never returned phone calls, never gave me updates unless I demanded the manager, did shoody work and misdiagnosed front end alignment instead of a tie rod that was broken. the only thing they got right was the paint color (Black). Now 18 months later it leaks whenever it rains. BEWARE

I`ve always been told if I had an expensive car I had to take it to the dealership and Only the Dealership. After months of wasting $ at Mercedes Dealership I took my car here to do a maintenance check. My pocketbook GREATLY APPRECIATES this place for all that it has saved me! Sure I did not get a rental car or a car wash as I would at a dealership, but I will forego that if it means saving significant money.
Thi... view mores place is very busy so they are not going to return calls within 5 minutes. But at least I know that when I do get an update call that they were working on my car and not answering every call that goes through.

It`s a great and quick place to get inspection stickers.

I strongly advise you take your car elsewhere unless you can afford to wait 2 months for your car to be repaired. When I first arrived at the body shop to drop off my car, another customer waiting for her car was complaining that it had taken over a month for her car to be repaired. Their service agents were impossible to get on the phone and when you did get them on the phone, they didn`t know anything about the status of the vehicle. They were uncooperative with the insurance agent and did not do what they said they were going to do. I wish I would have read the other reviews before dropping off my car. Take your car elsewhere!

The customer service rep`s are always rude as if they don`t really want your business; it took them 3 weeks to repair a small scratch and dent in my new car and since i decided to run it through the insurance after i had already dropped it off, the cost to repair the vehicle went up; after the repair was finally done, my door was missing bolts. I will never bring my car there again.

Took my Porsche there to do a minor repair and it took 2 weeks to finish. The service guys don`t call you back. I would leave numerous messages but wouldn`t get a call back for days. It took longer because they said they forgot the part had arrived so they didn`t paint it. Horrible customer service.

This is in reference to the Momentum paint & body off 59. My car was there three weeks without anyone calling me, I had to call for updates, and when I went to pick it up the bumper was visibly not repaired correctly and a sensor in the car kept saying `rear light malfunction`. As I went back into the office I realized all 4 other people waiting had problems with their repairs. If you want quality work and even some sort of customer service DO NOT have your vehicle taken to momentum paint & body.
