I hear all these bad things on the reviews about this place, but i have to say this was a great experience for me and the wife. The salesman Moses Garza worked with me and helped me get the van my wife wanted. I told him how i was looking for a dependable vehicle and affordable to fit my budget and he worked with me and made it possible, this man was very polite and straight forward. I guess what im trying to say is go straight to Moses Garza if your considering buying a used vehicle, I know it might sound crazy but this man actually tries to help instead of screw someone out of the little money he can save up for a used vehicle. I had the car I got here 4 weeks and in that time it broke down twice to the point where I couldn`t even make it home and was stranded. The first time I got on the freeway (about 2 weeks after I bought it) the engine locked up and the car broke down. They told me I had to drive it to them, even though it didn`t work period. I had to argue with the manager just to get them to tow it. Nobody called me to tell me what w... view moreas wrong with it or when it was ready. I had to call myself and the manager seemed like he didn`t care at all.

The second time (2 weeks later) while I was driving to work it broke down again. Again they expected me to take it to them even though it wouldn`t start. This time the manager had to nerve to tell my husband that I probably ""ran over something, but didn`t want to admit it."" After this I told them to get the car and I didn`t want it back. They called my husband over and over again arguing that we needed to keep the car and actually said, ""it`s normal for used cars to break down.""

Aside from the probems I had with the car, their rates are ridiculous. I had got a 2003 Ford Focus and the price (after interest) was going to be $21k. I agreed only because I was about to return to my job from maternity leave and had no car. These people take advantage of people who can`t get a traditional loan.

Luckily, I found an actual dealership who worked with me and I got a good car. This place is a joke. Don`t waste your time or money. They just get cars from auction, detail them, and throw them on the lot without doing ay type of maintenance on them. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that since they do in-house financing, when I returned the car it didn`t affect my credit.
