What a rip off!!!

Service light came on in our BMW. Took it in to Mike Pile. Asked that they call us to let us know what service was required. Never heard from them until I called them and they told me it was only an oil change and it had been done. OK...just an oil change. We have owned BMW`s for 15 years so knew about what to expect. $231 later...I was speechless!!! $60.00 to reset the service button! When I asked why it was so muc... view moreh, Carrie`s response was, "It`s an expensive machine. Someone has to pay for it." Included in this outrageous oil change was a charge for just under $3.00 to add washer fluid. I have never, ever...EVER been charged for topping off the washer fluid and we did not ask them to do it as we have a garage full of washer fluid!!! We have 2 BMW`s and will never take them back to Mike Pile in Tyler, Texas! I have never been so ripped off by an auto dealership in my life!
