Reviews:

Houston..everything is a go
OK..I did the Danger review, voiced from much frustration. The dealership worked very hard to correct my problem. My service rep Evan Whitis was a champ. To their credit my truck is 15+ years old. Evan showed me everything that was done to correct my problem. Damn..if it isn`t rocket science. I would like to retract my earlier review and give this dealership a thumbs up. Now if they would come up with a 50 MPG car... view more, I would get a new one pronto!! Get to work guys!!

expansion recovery tank
buyers beware, I found a certified mazda dealer on line and called to get a price on this particular part. Although they are out of state what struck me was the price advertised. Great price by the way, so I called my local mazda dealer and asked for their price, yes, you guessed right, this local dealer had it priced @ 150% higher, when I inquired if they would match the other price the counter guy said " well,... view more you better get it from them, because that`s one hell of a price!" Wow, talk about taking care of your own customers. It`s a shame when dealers want to gouge us for parts when they can still make a profit @ employee discounts. Be proactive and search the web, it will pay off in the end.

Don Beasly sold me a great car from roger beasly and it was a great sales experience. The car that I purchased was a great used toyota and they helped me with all the details of the purchase. I felt very comfortable with Don. He is the best. thanks Don

Awesome!
We recently bought a car from them and the entire process was just perfect.. no hassle, no pressure, no nonsense, very courteous, polite, attentive, friendly. Our salesman Don was just awesome, a chill ,straight forward guy who got us a good deal on our tribute. Plus all the small things that were done was just great! llike a full car detail, drinks, snacks , full tank of gas the works. I will really recommend the... view more place to anyone lookin for a car! Check it out!

Great Service, prompt and exceeded my expectations.
I`ve been really pleased in all my dealings with this Roger Beasley Mazda. I`ve never had a problem with the service and have really gotten MORE help and service than I expected. I have a Mazda 5 and its had an irritating but not dangerous or damaging problem caused by a design flaw that causes the suspension to squeak in certain conditions. Its a known issue with this model and Mazda is supposedly engineering a repl... view moreacement part to fix it since it keeps coming back after a few months. Each time I`ve called about the problem, they have scheduled me quickly taken the car in and fixed it the same day all at no charge to me. They`ve also be extremely pleasant.
This last time, the problem was almost completely resolved except for under a rare set of circumstances. I called them to see if they could get it that last little bit fixed. They kept the car for 5 days and gave me a loaner car to drive in the mean time.

I`ve had nothing but good dealings with them especially for a problem that is not their fault (I didn`t even buy the car from them) and that most dealers would have shrugged and done nothing about. They`ve been prompt, communicative and helpful. They`ve also been pretty forthcoming in explaining the problem to me. I`m not a car expert but I`m not an idiot either and they didn`t treat me like I was either one of the those things. (I hate to say it, but the best way to explain it - ""i didn`t get treated like a girl"")

Altho I`m not 100% thrilled with the car because of this design flaw and its less than stellar air conditioner, I am very pleased with this dealership. The Mazda 5 is still one of the better cars I`ve owned and other than the problems I mentioned, I have had no other problems with it and it fun to drive but still very useful for my suburban mom life. I would strongly consider buying a mazda again knowing that I can get good service.

horrible service
the service at this place is terrible. Things always take longer than they say and they are not proactively communicative , making you call them to get updates. While I still own a mazda, I stopped taking it there a while ago. Friends who have had their car serviced recently have reported similar experiences.

Great Service
I went to the dealer to get a light fixed...it was my back license plate light. I was worried that I would have to pay a ton of money, but the guy told me my car was still under warranty which was great! And Darrell was always really courteous and didn`t try to force anything on me. He had suggested I get the 30k maintenance done but I told him I`d do it later and he was totally cool about it. I`d definitely reco... view moremmend getting your car serviced here, especially ask for Darrell!

Im going to have to call B.S........
I was thinking about buying a Mazda from Roger Beasley Mazda. I have many friends and family that drive Mazda and love them! So I have been doing some online research, and find this last review, at least completely vindictive, personal, or just untrue. I will not go into a long speech about my opinion. But OUT LOUD.... who doesn`t buy a 30,000 car because they are tired of waiting for a test drive and goes and buys ... view morea 40,000 car instead, without comparing the two? Liar, or idiot ? Either way not a good review for yourself!

Motivated to keep us as customers
In September of 2003 we went to Roger Beasley Mazda (RBM) to see if we could get a discounted Mazda6 on the end-of-year closeouts. They found a car with just the options and color we wanted at a Houston dealership and had it shipped to Austin.

We were surprised to see the car arrive with over 700 miles on it, but RBM assured us that the car had been respected and it we bought it as a ""new"" car. At that t... view moreime, we were pleased with RBM and our purchase.

Unfortunately, it turns out that the car hadn`t been respected by the Houston dealer. It had been exposed to something (probably salt) and the entire underside of the car started rusting. Then, after 3 years, even the bolts under the hood - and the edges of sheet metal began rusting. And we had never driven it outside of the Austin area - or in snow.

Fortunately, RBM investigated our concerns and offered us a very fair trade-in (much higher than average) to enable us to purchase a replacement 2007 Mazda6. We really like the 6 and are very pleased with the assistance that RBM offered.

I had intended to write this review several weeks ago, but didn`t get around to creating an account. Then a friend shared her pleasure with RBM`s recent help to assist her son, a California resident, who had purchased his car at RBM and needed to register his car in California. Thank you.

Will continue to go here everytime...
I just moved down here from Cincinnati, and I`m very use to pushy car salesman and hard to deal with financing, and was prepared to deal with this again when it was time to get rid of my `89 honda. I was looking to get into a miata, and in less than five minutes of being on the lot I was put behind the wheel of the one I wanted to test drive it. When I got back, the salesman was very good about asking me questions to... view more see where I stood on the car without being pushy. When he clearly saw that I wanted the car and was ready to buy, then we started to process. I didn`t feel rushed into making a decision at all. The salesman and financing guy were very informative and very helpful. Everyone at the dealership was upbeat, and didn`t come across with the attitude of ""I can`t wait to go home."" They even stayed past closing hours to work with me on troublesome credit. When they said they would call me the next morning to confirm everything, I thought to myself, ""Ok so that means I`ll need to call them around this time."" I was proven wrong when the salesman actually called me way before the time he had alotted himself. If you want a mazda, then Roger Beasley North is the only way as far as I`m concerned to go. Very imformative and helpful through the whole process, and past the process as well.
