i`ll let you decide. i took my truck in on monday the 2nd to have them change the oil, repair 2 tires, and to get my state vehicle inspection. i was the only one there getting an inspection. while in the waiting room the counter man came told me &quot;the guy who does the inspection had to go to the hospital because his wife was dying from cancer&quot;. ok np. i returned today and the waiting room was full of... view more people waiting for an inspection. today is the last day to do it. i told them i was here monday and asked if i had to wait. yeap 2 hours. first come first served. but i was here first when you told me you couldn`t do the inspection on monday now i have to get at the end of line. i didn`t think i should have to wait because i`m the one being inconvenienced. first come first served i was told. i asked to see the his boss or the owner. which the guy refused to point out. i found the owner and told him what i was experiencing and he became agitated and said i`d i had a chip on my shoulder and i was nothing but trouble because he and i had words before. i never met the man let alone had words with him. he lied in front of his other customers. then he told me to get off the premises. as i was leaving a man that the owner had been standing with pulled a badge (presumingly a sheriff`s badge it might have been a postal inspectors badge for all i know) out of his pocket and told me to get out i was trespassing even though i was heading out the door. i told the owner i would be sure everyone knows how he treats his customers. and this sheriff threaten me with treapassing again. their motto is complete bull in my opinion. customers are not #1 . last year i was talking to one of the servicemen and he was telling me they were thinking about closing because they didn`t have the business they use to have. now i understand why. i never had any problems out of them before today and have brought my truck to them several times for servicing and even bought tires from them. if i could i wouldn`t even give them one star. but you decide.
