I am sure the previous review of 2011 was correct of the people we had working at that time. They were fired right afterwards becuase of their arrogance and lack of customer service. We have had new management quite some time and strive on keeping customers satisfied with our work and customer service. Horrible Buisness

My car sat at their shop for 2 days without being touched once. I finally picked it up and took it to Custom Exhaust and they had it done in 3 1/2 hours. You can read my review I wrote on Custom Exhaust under their business. If you want exhaust work done then keep it away from Randy`s Muffler.
