They Lied
I called ahead to get prices for work to be performed on my vehicle - nothing complicated, an oil change, insp sticker and filter replacement. I told them specifically what year and model my car was so they could provide me with an accurate price quote. Unfortunately for me, I trusted the person on the phone and did not get his name. After the work was performed, I had spent almost $30 more than the quote I receiv... view moreed because I could not prove my phone quote. So I had to pay. And when asked if, since I had multiple services performed, I could receive a discount (as Jiffy Lube happily does when multiple services are performed), the gentleman at the counter laughed and said, "That`s not how it works here." Kwik Kar lost my future business and hopefully yours, reader!
