DO NOT SHOP FOR A VEHICLE HERE! I traded in my Mitsubishi Lancer and found a very cute Chevy Aveo on their lot it had roughly 41,000mi on it. Had it for two weeks and it begins misfiring or whatever, so I take it up there have it serviced. Okay I have to do this 3 MORE times for the same problem that I keep being told is my spark plugs, the second time I just said the hell with it I`ll change them myself. Afterward I... view more was told I had put the wrong kind of spark plug in..Ok, I`ll go with that I guess, so they put their "special" brand in and it was still not working properly after a day! I took it back up there and was told by the MANAGER that they could service it again and I just shook my head I told him I wanted something else that obviously something is defective with this one. The first words out of his mouth were, "oh you`re the one that put the wrong spark plugs in." I perked a brow and said yeah I guess but your people couldn`t even tell me what gap to put in them and you change them to your special brand and it`s still messing up. So longer story short he proceeded to tell me I bought my car during a monsoon in Japan or some ridiculous crap so I would have a large amount of negative equity. Uh-huh... So he offered me a piece of crap pontiac with 60,000 mi on it. I said you`re not going to take any amount of responsibility for selling me a defective vehicle? Silence, yeah okay we`re done here. So I had to get my wonderful mother to help me pay for a new car from HERB EASLEY, they were very nice, paper work was done in a timely manner. And I now have me a pretty Chevy Sonic, which is awesome btw. Thanks hope this helps anyone and keeps you from having the bad experience that I had!
