I have visited this dealership multiple times and always had a pleasant visit. The most recent visit wasn`t as pleasant. And this is only b/c of one man in the service dept. I think he is a supervisor too. Mickey was not nice at all. Very short and impatient. No smiles the entire time I spoke with him. This was not the kind of attitude I wanted to confront right after I had been in an accident and come to seek their ... view morehelp in repairing my vehicle. If they get rid of Mickey, or have Mickey change his attitude toward customers, then I would recommend them. Just watch out for Mickey Misery...
